Congratulations to this talented British actor, writer and director of Nigerian origin.

He was awarded CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) for his outstanding performance and true talent in dramas.

Ejiofor who received more than one award for Best Actor in "12 Years a Slave" has been recognized by the Duke of Cambridge during a ceremony in London at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.

CBE are awarded to; "British nationals or anyone who has made a significant achievement for the United Kingdom.
